Returning the item - If you wish to return an item, please first submit a returns request. Once you have submitted a returns request, please wait for approval of the return before sending the goods back to us.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include the returns authorisation paperwork and a returns number. Items returned without the appropriate paperwork and proof of return will not be credited.

Packing the item(s) - If the item(s) are not already in the packaging it was delivered in, you must wrap the item(s) securely and include any returns paperwork. Usually, the packaging in which the item was sent can be used for its return. Please ensure that the item is packaged appropriately as we cannot be held responsible for any damages during transit back to us and this may result in a full credit not being issued.

Unwanted Items – May be returned within 14 days of receipt in the condition they were received, provided the item is a standard stock item. Credits or refunds will only be issued once we are in receipt of the goods. You are responsible for returning the goods to our premises at your own cost. We can make recommendations as to couriers that can help with this, or we can arrange for a collection that will be quoted and subtracted from the value of the credit.

Damaged / Faulty Items – If you suspect that a product is faulty, when submitting your returns request, please provide information relating to the fault and photographic evidence. Items found to be faulty within 14 days of receipt will be replaced or credited once inspected. If a product is found to have no fault or is faulty due to misuse then no replacements or credit will be issued and the return of the goods to the customer will be subject to a delivery charge.

Order Refusal - Orders that have been refused by the customer on attempted delivery may be subject to an additional surcharge at cost. If goods are refused after their despatch, the cost of the delivery / return will be charged to the customer.
